Representation of interests is provided in a wide range of litigations, including real and personal property claims, nullity of legal acts, debt recovery, intellectual property, insurance, inheritance, labor, family, administrative, infringement cases, etc. Similarly, the company represents clients’ interests in insolvency cases, in front of the Insolvency Court, as well as in the creditors’ meetings or creditors’ committees.

The company represents the interests of the client before the specialized central public administration authorities, local public administration authorities, notaries, bailiffs, independent registrars, authorized administrators, other private persons assimilated to public authorities under the law. In the same way, the company ensures the representation of the client’s interests in relations with other natural and legal persons, acting with the utmost prudence and diligence.
